Representation: At the local, state, and national level. The REALTOR® membership includes almost 1,300,000 licensees. By being a REALTOR® member, you have use of the trademark logo, and word REALTOR® in your business activities and advertising.

Medical & Dental Coverage: All members, their families, and employees are eligible to sign up for a PPO or HMO health coverage plan. This service is exclusive through the Downey Association of REALTORS®.

REALTOR Store: We carry a selection of real estate items that are useful to our members….come in and see why The California Association of RELATORS® staff called our Association Store, one of the best in California.

Professional Standards: Time tested and honored standards of conduct are recognized and upheld throughout the membership. We guarantee due process and complete confidentiality.

MLS Support: We offer MLS support, like no other Association…..quick, dependable, and experienced assistance with all of your MLS needs, such as listing input and changes (we input all of your MLS for you FREE of charge), questions about broker reciprocity, photo upload, understanding rules and regulations, assuring the most updated database, and more.

Access to State and National Resources: As a member, you have access to helpful state and national resources such as a Legal Hotline, Professional Courses & Designations, Trade Library, Real Estate Form Software at no charge, Member Discounts and more.....
