Existing Home Sales Report: 

The Downey Association of Realtors® (DAOR) reports Single Family Residence including Condo Sales in the city of Downey for second quarter 2007, is up 14.6% from second quarter of 2005, with the average sales price of $630,791, with average days on market being 95 days.
