Ombudsman Committee

 

If you are in a dispute with a member of the DAOR, but do not want to file an official complaint, you may email us, and be connected with a member of the Ombudsman.  The Ombudsman’s role is primarily one of communication and conciliation, not adjudication.  The Ombudsman member who contacts you will not determine whether ethics violation has occurred, rather they will anticipate, identify, and resolve misunderstandings before matters escalade into a dispute/hearing.

 

The Ombudsman Committee members are the past three Presidents of the Downey Association of Realtors®.  Please email us with a written description of your situation, your name and telephone number, and who your complaint is against.
