Winforms®

Winforms® is the electronic standard forms software you receive FREE as a member of the DAOR and CAR.  Realtor® members have a choice of Winforms Online® or Winforms® Desktop.  New members will receive a quick start kit upon joining.

Winforms Online® is the web-based version of Winforms® electronic forms software.  The software is designed to make real estate professionals more efficient by automating the forms process and allowing you to quickly and easily create, edit, and complete the forms required for any real estate transaction.   One of the benefits of Winforms Online® is that the forms are always up-to-date because the most current versions are downloaded on demand directly from the internet.  Transactions are stored on a secure server and backed up daily, and can be created from scratch on Winforms Online® or can be transferred from Winforms® Desktop.

Winforms® Desktop software is designed to make real estate professional more efficient by automating the forms process and allowing you to quickly and easily create, edit, and complete the forms required for any real estate transaction from your computer.  Winforms® Desktop operates as stand-alone software on your computer, running on Windows® 2000 or XP.

Winforms® Desktop does not require an Internet connection to run the software, but first time users must have an internet connection to run the software, but first-time users must have an internet connection to create a username and password and to initially download the software.
